Partitions or open bays for tie stalls are still an option that some people use to save space. We offer two models: PROFESSIONAL and KINGLY.
Tie stall partitions are made expressly upon request. Because of this, their estimated cost cannot be calculated in advance and will depend on the model, size and number of elements required. Below, you will find the main standard features and options of each model.
CORTON PROFESSIONAL TIE STALL PARTITION
- Standard length: 300 cm
- Closed double flange profile (55 mm high and 50 mm wide)
- 28-mm-thick tongue and groove recycled plastic boards; colours: brown, black, grey
- Descending grille with 27-mm-diameter bars; distance between bars: 53 mm
- 134-cm-high back post (13 cm in diameter) finished in a half moon shape
- Easy substitution of boards
- Fixed to the wall and floor by means of chemical bolts.
- Hot dip galvanized in accordance with NEN and ISO 1461 standards, with no sharp edges

- Tropical hardwood or bamboo boards instead of recycled plastic
- Top bracing or stabilization profile
CORTON KINGLY TIE STALL PARTITION
- Standard length: 300 cm
- Closed double flange profile (55 mm high and 50 mm wide)
- 28 mm thick tongue and groove recycled plastic boards; colours: brown, black, grey
- “Swan neck” grille with 27-mm-diameter bars; distance between bars: 53 mm
- 160-cm-high back post (13 cm in diameter) with aluminium ball finial
- Easy substitution of boards
- Fixed to the wall and floor by means of chemical bolts.
- Hot dip galvanized in accordance with NEN and ISO 1461 standards, with no sharp edges
EXTRAS

Partitions for wash, drying, or grooming areas are much more widely-used. We present three basic models: an independent partition that can be installed at a certain distance of the back wall or even with no back wall; a partition that must be fixed to a wall; and an independent partition made of galvanized tubes.
These walls and partitions can be built in accordance with the different stall models, though the most common is the Professional model, whose features we detail below:
INDEPENDENT WASH AREA PARTITION
- Self-supporting Corton partition for wash areas and drying and grooming areas
- Standard length: 250 cm
- Closed double flange profile (55 mm high and 50 mm wide)
- 28-mm-thick tongue and groove recycled plastic boards; colours: brown, black, grey
- 200-cm-high front post (13 cm in diameter), with round base and finished in a half moon shape
- 134-cm-high back post (13 cm in diameter) with round base and finished in a half moon shape
- Posts are fixed to the floor by means of 8 chemical bolts
- Hot dip galvanized in accordance with NEN and ISO 1461 standards, with no sharp edges

WALL-FIXED WASH AREA PARTITION
- Corton partition for wash areas and drying and grooming areas; must be fixed to a wall
- Standard length: 300 cm

- 200-cm-high front post (13 cm in diameter), with 2 tie-rings, round base and finished in a half moon shape
- The post is fixed to the floor by means of 4 chemical bolts
- Hot dip galvanized in accordance with NEN and ISO 1461 standards, with no sharp edges

TUBE WASH AREA PARTITION

- 90º-angle tube partition (76 mm in diameter) with tie-ring in the back
- Drilled round bases to fix posts by means of 8 chemical bolts
